For achieving optimal battery performance, Diversified Power International has the capability and flexibility to custom design its charging technologies to meet specific needs of original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

By repeated testing of any customer’s battery in our laboratory, DPI engineers can develop microprocessor-controlled circuitry specifically designed for your product’s battery. During charging, the special microprocessor performs mathematical calculations (algorithms) that determine your battery’s state of charge and continually tests the charging process from start to finish. This gives an “exacting” or near-full charge to the battery every time.

Such controlled charging significantly reduces battery gassing, water replacement, maintenance and heating – all of which greatly extends battery life.

We call our customized charging systems “intelligent chargers” because they intelligently react to a multitude of operating conditions to meet OEM needs.
